JoHanna Lynn is an internationally trained spa professional with over 30 years of experience in Permanent Makeup, Advanced Cosmetic Tattooing, Microblading, Aesthetics and Makeup artistry. She began her career in Atlantic City, NJ as a makeup artist for employees of newly opening hotels and casinos. JoHanna then continued her career overseas in Germany having much of her artistry published in magazines. It was there in Europe where she fell in love with skin care and trained as a European Aesthetician. From there, JoHanna moved to Los Angeles and discovered the art of Permanent cosmetics, the perfect solution for her clients to have her artistry in a more permanent form. Before moving to Nashville, she owned her own day spa in Philadelphia for 14 years, Le Masque Kosmetik Studio.
JoHanna has furthered her career in the art of Permanent makeup by becoming a certified Microblading specialist, licensed Tattoo artist, and Paramedical Tattooing which includes Areola tattooing and scar camoflauge. Many women express a need for this service after breast augmentation or breast cancer. She is also certified in Cosmetic Tattoo removal. Her countless years of experience assure her clients they are in the BEST hands possible.
Johanna is also a medical aesthetician and works within a medical setting performing more advanced skin treatments such as Microneedling with PRP. She has recently received her National certification in Phlebotomy. She continues to attend advanced trainings in Cosmetic tattooing and skin care modalities.
JoHanna enjoys passing her skincare and makeup knowledge along to others. She has trained other aestheticians as a guest educator at major skin care conventions (International Congress of Aesthetics), and she has taught the staff members of many successful spas, such as Hershey Spa. She also has had the pleasure of working with many celebrities, musicians, and brides all over the world.
JoHanna looks for the heart in each woman and truly believes in the beauty of each individual woman, and she does her absolute best to bring that to the surface. “I see the beauty in every face,” JoHanna shares. “Age does not matter, I want a woman to look and feel her best when I do her makeup. Especially her eyebrows”.
In her free time, JoHanna enjoys traveling the world with musician husband, spending time with her sons, knitting, gardening, and cuddling with her two cats.
